“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” – Matthew 11:28-29 (NIV)
—————————————
Tomorrow is the day most of us have been both excited and dreading about. I’m sure we have been thinking about this day since forever. And what really happens tomorrow is really out of our control. Now, we can only hope for the best and that what we have done is enough.
I’m restless;sleepless;nervous;dontknowhowelsetodescribe now. I keep thinking about tomorrow. So, I searched for some encouragement verses. To my classmates and friends who are feeling the same, let’s cast our hope on the Lord shall we? Trust in him and trust that he will do what’s best for us. He has his reasons for everything; be it bad or good (hopefully tomorrow will be a good day for all of us)
Dear Heavenly Father,
Please guide us safely through the results tomorrow no matter what happens. Pray that we never lose hope, in you, in ourselves, in our friends, in this world. No matter what happens, let us know that we can depend on you because you, Lord, will never leave us nor forsake us.
So I pray here, Lord, that you will bless all of us tomorrow; for the effort we have put into studying, mugging, cramming everything and just the fact that we have put in our best into doing the papers.
We may not meet our/others’ expectations of us but what really counts, is that you are there for us. You know what’s best for us. So once again, I put everything into your hands Almighty God. Bless each and every one of us here,
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.
